Hands-on Asian Cookery

Silwood, in partnership Chef Jonathan Davies and Bruce Jack Wines, is hosting a hands-on wok and wine class.  This will cover many areas of Asian cooking techniques and ingredients, making one feel confident in preparing classic Asian dishes in the home.

Enjoy a wine tasting with Bruce Jack Wines whilst also learning some knife skills and handy tips & tricks.  In addition, each guest will receive a 10% discount voucher from Mainland China, so you can stock your pantry with delicious Asian ingredients.
