The registration fee shall not be refundable except under the following circumstances: In the event of the application not being accepted by the school on or before the date of commencement of the course[s] concerned or by agreement between the school and the applicant. • If the applicant having enrolled, does not wish to continue with any of the course[s] initially undertaken, he/she shall notify the school thereof in writing by no later than one calendar month prior to the date of commencement of such course[s]. The school shall, in such circumstances, be entitled at its sole discretion, to retain or refund the enrolment fee or any portion thereof paid by such applicant. Failure to furnish such notice by any applicant will render such application liable for the full fees for the course[s] undertaken when same fall due, irrespective of whether such applicant actually attends and/or completes such course[s] or not. • In exceptional circumstances, and by prior arrangement with the school, the applicant may be permitted to join the course later than its commencement date subject to such terms and conditions as the school may, in its sole and absolute discretion, impose. • The school reserves the right to terminate any agreement entered into with any applicant at any time and at their sole and absolute discretion. In such an event, the Directors undertake to repay an appropriate portion of the fee paid by such applicant. • The school shall be under no liability whatsoever to a student for any loss, injury or damage of whatsoever nature sustained at or near the school's premises whether in respect of any negligent act or omission by the school, its agents, staff or servants or otherwise. • The fees for the course[s] quoted are subject to alteration without formal notice to applicants. • Due to the nature of the course, school fees once paid for, will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever. Once enrolled, and the applicant has accepted the place offered to them, and course has commenced, failure to attend any course or portion thereof for any reason, shall not relieve the applicant from any liability for payment of the balance of fees, which may be outstanding at any time.
