After graduating James also worked for Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons

Now head chef and owner of trendy ASH restaurant off Bree Street. Ash has a pedigree of the top restaurants of the world, completing her 3rd year of Silwood at award winning La Colombe restaurant under Luke Dale –Roberts, followed by the Test Kitchen. In 2013 Ash headed to London where she worked at The Ledbury (2 star Michelin restaurant) under Chef Brett Graham and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. She spent two years at Dinner, learning from the best, growing her talent and working her way up the ranks.

Now head chef and co-owner of the award winning The Shortmarket Club, voted no 8 restaurant in SA by Eat Out 2017. Wesley completed his 3rd year at La Colombe under Luke Dale-Roberts before moving across to be one of 3 chefs to open SA’s top restaurant The Test Kitchen under Luke Dale-Roberts. He went on to be the opening Head Chef of the The Pot Luck Club before starting The Shortmarket Club

Hloni worked under Peter Templehof at the Greenhouse. He then moved to Miami, Florida where he worked at the Danilel Boulud’s Bistro Modern located at the JW Marriot Marquis Hotel.

He has spent the past 4 years as a yacht chef where he has seen the world whilst working with some of the best high-end produce in the most exotic locations around the world.

On graduating Robert  left for England and secured a position Heston Blumenthal’s restaurant The Fat Duck, the San Peligrino no 1 restaurant at the time. Robert spent many years at The Fat Duck, before leaving to be on the team for the opening of Heston Blumenthal’s Dinner restaurant in London. Kerry completed her 3rd year at La Colombe under chef Franck Dangereux. The following year she was promoted to sous chef. Kerry later moved with Franck to The Foodbarn in Noordhoek before taking on the position as head chef at Bistro 1682.
