Basic Course – “Digs survival”


A hands on course teaching the fundamental skills needed in a home kitchen, including basic knife skills and the cooking methods and techniques for healthy dinners.  The course is perfect for first time home leavers, it is broken into 2 parts, each containing 3 hands on lessons. Each participant cooks every item themselves.

DATES:  17th, 24th, 31st August

TIME:  18h00 to 20h30

COST: R1200 for the 3 part course

Lesson 1: Roast Chicken & gravy, how to carve, potato gratin & chocolate brownies
Lesson 2: Thai Curry, basmati rice & drop scones
Lesson 3: Spaghetti Bolognaise, Lasagne & Chicken, Bacon and Spinach Pasta Sauce

Bookings cancelled less than 3 days before the class will not be exchangeable.
