A hands on course teaching the fundamental skills needed in a home kitchen, including basic knife skills and the cooking methods and techniques for healthy dinners. The course is perfect for first time home leavers, it is broken into 2 parts, each containing 3 hands on lessons. Each participant cooks every item themselves.
