Basic Cookery 2


A hands-on course teaching the fundamental skills needed in a home kitchen, including basic knife skills, cooking methods and techniques for healthy dinners.  The course is perfect for first time home leavers, consisting of 3 hands-on lessons.  Participants cook each item themselves.

TIME: 18h30 – 21h30

COST:  R1300.00 per person

Lesson 1  Chicken schnitzel, mashed potato, buttered vegetables & crunchie biscuits
Lesson 2  Soup, fried fish, mayonnaise & potato wedges
Lesson 3  Steak, hollandaise sauce & cheesy baked potatoes

WHAT TO BRING:  An apron and drink of your choice
