Let chef Gary Power inspire your everyday supper ideas. On completion of this course you’ll practically complete the menus below as well as be given a variety of recipes in relation to each menu so that you can impress your family and friends by serving different, tasty supper menus daily.

To Bring: apron, drink of choice and containers to take food home in.

Part 1
Tandoori chicken kebabs
Chicken bouillabaisse
Plum crunch/crumble

Part 2
Tuscan bean soup/Moroccan chicken and chickpea soup
Oven roasted tomato pasta and variations
White chocolate and banana bread and butter pudding

Part 3
Gnocchi with beef ragu
Smoked haddock pie
Sticky pecan pudding
