COMMENTS:

GENERAL: Robin is an excellent student. He has fantastic culinary skills and has done exceptionally well in industry. He has successfully completed blocks at The Test Kitchen, Silwood and La Colombe. He is a driven student with great potential. He has two days to make up in the start of the holiday which he will do here at Silwood. He has not maintained a completed blog this year and without one he will not be able to graduate. He needs to be more diligent in this regard. Well done Robin keep it up!

ICING: Sometimes I feel that Robin is not entirely focused on what he has to do, but because he is talented he manages to produce good work.

Practical exams (work) require 60% to pass and Theory exams (work) require 50% to pass.
abs stands for ABSENT.
N/A stands for not applicable – a class was not held.
60% is required to pass an in-service block; failure of a block will require the student to redo another block before graduating.
