1 La Colombe 0 days 90% Michael did very well at La Colombe.  He fitted in very well with the team and picked up quickly.  His work was good.  Mike will go far in this industry. We’d like to see him back for 3rd year!
2 Waterkloof 0 days 72% Mike has potential but needs to get his priorities straight in life. If he wants to become a chef it’s going to take a bit more than just showing up at work.
 3 Terroir Restaurant 0 days  88% Mike is a very bright student that approaches his work with enthusiasm and seriousness. It was a real pleasure working with him.

COMMENTS:

GENERAL: Michael has done very well in industry and fits in well into a team. He is showing great potential as a chef and we are proud of his achievement thus far. He has successfully completed blocks at La Colombe, Waterkloof and Terroir. He has one day to make up in industry which he will do here at Silwood. He has not maintained a completed blog of his year and he will not be able to graduate if it is not completed. He needs to be more diligent about this. We look forward to seeing his progress in the last half of the year. Keep persevering Michael!
 
ICING: Michael works well but not always consistently due to the blocks which he has been working, car troubles etc. seem to disturb his focus.  He is a strong student, normally.

 

 

 

Practical exams (work) require 60% to pass and Theory exams (work) require 50% to pass.
