COMMENTS:
GENERAL: Megan has done extremely well in industry and we are very proud of her achievement. She has successfully completed blocks at La Colombe, 95 Keerom, Silwood and most recently the Test Kitchen. She has not maintained a completed blog this year and will not graduate without one. She must be more diligent about this. Megan is a pleasure to teach and I am very excited to see her continuing success. Well done Megan on a fantastic year so far and enjoy a well deserved rest! |
ICING: Megan needs to push herself to perfection because she definitely has the skills but not always the drive to be top. |
