COMMENTS:

BAKING: Lauren has started to produce pleasing work this term and her skill set is developing nicely. I would like her to arrive a little earlier for class as this will aid her speed and her confidence in the practical. But overall I am happy with her terms work.
ICING: Lauren has settled into the course now and I am beginning to see good results.

BAKING:  Lauren has continued to develop a pleasing skill set and her presentational skills are refined.  I would like her to work on her time management skills next term to aid smoother working order in the practical.
 
ICING:  Lauren’s confidence is growing each week especially when she is well  prepared for lessons.
