COMMENTS:

GENERAL: Kelsey is a pleasure to work with and teach. She is always professional and eager to learn. She has done very well in industry successfully completing blocks at De Grendel, Dish catering and Pot Luck Club. As well as a block here at Silwood. She is always polite and willing to help which is an asset in any kitchen. She has two days to make up in industry which she will do here at Silwood. She is very good at keeping on top of her academic work. Well done Kelsey keep up the good work!

ICING: Kelsey is an outstanding icer and I have no concern about her weekly work or the beautiful cake that she will produce at the end of the year.
