0 days 83% LA COLOMBE: Jess is very enthusiastic, helpful and quick. Her work is clean and precise. She will do very well this year and I’d like to see her back for 3rd year.

DISH: I would like to see more desire, dedication and motivation from her but she has potential to be a great chef if she wants to be.

SILWOOD: Jess gets a bit flustered at times but over comes quickly. She tends to doubt herself when tasks produced of high standard by her are praised.

COMMENTS:

GENERAL: Jess has had a tough year but has done exceptionally well. She has successfully completed blocks at several establishments so she has a great amount of exposure thus far. She has worked at La Colombe, Dish catering, Silwood, The Cellars-Hohenhort and Waterkloof. Waterkloof is a particularly hard block and she has persevered under trying circumstances. I am very proud of her commitment and she has not missed one day in industry! Well done Jess for a great year so far and enjoy a very well deserved rest!
 
ICING: Jessica has been a strong student during her 1st year.  She is a perfectionist and so her work is always good.

 

 

 

Practical exams (work) require 60% to pass and Theory exams (work) require 50% to pass.
