1 The Foodbarn restaurant 0 days 75% Jenna started off slow, but once she found her feet she was able to work the section on her own when the section senior was off. It was a pleasure having Jenna with us, and I believe with the right guidance she will become a great chef.
2  Bistro 1682 0 days  96% Jenna has been an incredibly strong student and was an absolute pleasure to have in our kitchen. She is a very mature, level headed young lady with a strong work ethic. Jenna shows huge potential in this industry and I am sure she will be very successful. I am sorry to see her go and would love her to return as a 3rd year. She will be hugely missed by all. Well done Jenna!

COMMENTS:

GENERAL: Jenna has done very well in industry and is coping well with the pressures of the kitchen. She has successfully completed blocks at The Food Barn, Bistro 1682 and Silwood where we have enjoyed having her part of the team. She is always polite and willing to help. Well done Jenna and enjoy a well deserved rest!
 
ICING: Jenna is passionate about icing  and I know she will produce a lovely wedding cake of a good standard.
