0 days 85% THE FOODBARN: It was an absolute pleasure having Emma with. She did really well in the short time spent with us. She found her feet quickly and fit right into our kitchen. She performed really well under pressure.

SILWOOD: Emma was always well presented and completed her task with pride.

2 Ellerman House 0 days 100% Emma is an exemplary student and as a second year student I would employ her. She has a lot to learn but she was fantastic.

COMMENTS:

GENERAL: Emma has excelled in industry and has done very well. She has successfully completed blocks at The Food Barn, Silwood, Ellerman House and La Colombe. She has adapted well in the different kitchens and is always professional and polite. Emma has one day to make up in industry which she will do after the up coming holiday. Well done to a great year so far and enjoy a well deserved rest!
 
ICING:  Emma is a strong hardworking student whose work is always of a very high standard.
