BLOCK ESTABLISHMENT DAYS MISSED MARK COMMENT FROM CHEF
1 The Foodbarn 0 days 70% Brad is always very eager to learn new things; unfortunately the pace at which he learns doesn’t always allow him to absorb all the knowledge. He is always very respectful and helpful towards everyone around him. We loved having him in our kitchen, but I can foresee a difficult time for him in more pressurised kitchens, as he gets completely flustered under pressure.
2 The Mount Nelson  3 days 85% Brad is eager to learn and always conducts himself in a professional manner.
3 Dish Food & Social  1 day 70% Brad is a lovely guy, but really needs to speed up and focus /concentrate a lot more in order to be an assett to our kitchen. His carelessness sometimes caused quite a headache for management. My honest opinion is that he does not really seem interested in a career in a kitchen, at least not a fast paced industry one. But i do wish him luck in whatever he decides to do with his career.

COMMENTS:

GENERAL: Brad is eager to learn although he struggles with the pace and intensity of the hot kitchen. We hope that after a much deserved rest in the holidays he will come back with the  confidence to successfully complete the course requirements.

ICING:  Brad has really settled down well and produces good work.  An indication that what he has learnt in the industry he has put his fine motor skills to use.
