Amanda is always willing to help and learn and is a good team player.

 2  La Colombe  0 days  80%  Amanda worked in pastry for her time at La Colombe. She has a great personality and fits in very well. Her work was very good and steadily improved. I think Amanda will do very well in industry and I wish her all the best.

COMMENTS:

GENERAL: Amanda has proven to be a hard working, competent chef. She has had a few rocky moments with certain kitchens but has come out stronger and is tackling industry head on.  Amanda has missed 6 days which she is currently making up. She has not posted anything on her blog for the last two months so I am unable to give her a mark. She needs to keep on top of it.
ICING: Amanda’s work, speed and quality has fluctuated a lot this first ½ of the year and I hope  she will become consistent in order to produce her wedding cake.
