1 La Colombe

Borage Bistro

0 days 69% LA COLOMBE: Angie did very well at La Colombe, although I would like to see her take more initiative with prep and not be asked to do something. With a little guidance Angie will do very well this year.

BORAGE: Angie is good at what she does and is talented, but needs to change her attitude towards her work a little. She only does something when told to, never has the initiative to do something on her own. Needs to forget her phone when stepping into the kitchen. When she can do that I would employ her anytime.

2 Taste Magazine 1 day 70% This job description does not suit her personality.
3 Four & Twenty Cafe  0 days  90% Angie just became part of the team so easily. She is hard working and has a wonderful attitude for this industry. Always willing and friendly and we will miss her.

COMMENTS:

GENERAL: Angie has done well in industry but needs to show more initiative in the kitchen and must remember to keep a more positive attitude. She has successfully completed blocks at La Colombe, Borage, Taste Magazine and Four & Twenty. She has missed quite a few days in industry so she has to make up 10 days which she will make up at Four & Twenty. Should she have missed any more she would have had to redo a block. I hope after a good rest she comes back rejuvenated and ready to complete the course successfully.

ICING: Angie is a quiet and very hard working student who always does her best.  Well done!

Practical exams (work) require 60% to pass and Theory exams (work) require 50% to pass.
abs stands for ABSENT.
N/A stands for not applicable – a class was not held.
